PRESS: RusHydro may boost net profit to 70.2 bln rbl by 2025
MOSCOW, Jan 11 (PRIME) -- Russian hydropower giant RusHydro expects a serious rise in financials in the next few years, with a net profit of 70.2 billion rubles and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of up to 140 billion rubles by 2025, business daily Kommersant reported on Monday citing the company’s business plan draft.
The company also projects the 2020 results to exceed the previous forecast, with a net profit of 33.4 billion rubles, EBITDA of 107 billion rubles, and revenue of 437.63 billion rubles.
Under the draft, RusHydro’s net profit is seen at 47.9 billion rubles in 2021, 39.3 billion rubles in 2022, 48.2 billion rubles in 2023, and 61.4 billion rubles in 2024. EBITDA is to amount to 107.4 billion rubles and revenue to 456.6 billion rubles in 2021.
The company’s investment program may total 502.8 billion rubles and the launch of new capacities is seen at 1.4 gigawatt (GW) in 2021-2025, Kommersant also reported.
